That's illegal.If you sell consumer goods in the EU and are not established there, Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 and Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 both require a named economic operator with a European postal address on the product, its packaging, or an accompanying document. Neither regulation exempts small sellers, low-volume shipments, or marketplace listings. The responsible person's name and address must be printed and legible — a QR code alone does not satisfy the obligation.▶ Watch the video

There is no size threshold and no blanket exemption for handmade products.
