These Terms govern the use of the service published at eulabelcompliance.com. Please pay particular attention to section 3 and section 12: together they define the scope of our responsibilities and liabilities.
The service is provided by Europe Services SE, a European company (Societas Europaea) registered at Na Čečeličce 425/4, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, IČO 03571785, share capital €120,000 ("we", "us"). "You" refers to the company or individual entrepreneur creating an account.
The service is intended for business entities. If you are acting as a consumer outside any trade or profession, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence continue to apply, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
We produce labelling artwork for products placed on the markets you select — the European Union and EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia with New Zealand — and we host a record for each product, accessible via a permanent code printed on that artwork. In practice, the service includes:
We do not conduct product testing nor certify products. Specifically, this service does not include laboratory or conformity testing; issuing a CE mark, declaration of conformity, or technical file; acting as your EU responsible person or authorised representative; registration in national extended producer responsibility, packaging, WEEE, or battery schemes; customs or tax advice; or legal advice or representation before any authority or court.
The same applies to all market-specific marks, including UKCA. Placing a CE mark on a product is a declaration by the manufacturer that the product complies with applicable Union legislation. When your artwork includes a CE block, you confirm that the underlying conformity assessment exists. We may refuse to place a CE block if you cannot confirm this.
A label record is a dated statement of the information you provided. It is not a certificate issued by any public authority and must not be presented as such.
An account requires a valid company email address, verified via a six-digit code. Disposable or anonymous email addresses are not accepted. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
The trial period lasts seven calendar days from the moment your account is verified, requires no payment information, and grants access to the full service. If no subscription is purchased before the trial ends, the account will be closed on the eighth day, and the issued codes will cease to resolve. Files already downloaded remain your property under section 10.
You warrant that the information you input — including manufacturer details, addresses, product identifiers, materials, category, and warnings — is accurate, complete, and your own to use, and that you have the right to instruct us to publish it.
We generate artwork based on the data you provide. We do not verify the accuracy of your declarations, inspect your products, or audit your supply chain, and we are not liable for labels that are incorrect due to erroneous data.
You must keep your record current. If an address, responsible person, or warning changes, update the record accordingly; this ensures that already-printed labels remain accurate.
Delivery occurs in two stages. The certificate and its permanent code are issued immediately once payment clears, and the public record becomes accessible from that moment. The print-ready artwork is delivered within a few working hours after the product form is completed — the same working day for orders placed before 15:00 CET — as a staff member reviews the mandatory blocks before release. If the product form is incomplete, the clock starts when the missing information is received.
The public record page remains available as long as your subscription is active. Codes are unique, never reassigned, and continue to resolve through renewals. Upon cancellation, see section 8.
Print output depends on your printer, substrate, and process. We provide files according to the specifications on the site; verifying the 1:1 proof before production is your responsibility, not ours.
| Plan | Markets | Products | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| One Market | 1 of 5 | Unlimited | €290 / year |
| Three Markets | 3 of 5 | Unlimited | €590 / year |
| All Markets | All 5 | Unlimited | €990 / year |
"Market" refers to one set of rules: the European Union with the EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, or Australia with New Zealand. Countries outside these five are quoted separately before work begins. The Canadian pack is issued by our Canadian entity, Goldman Services INC, 175 West Beaver Creek Rd Unit 10, Richmond Hill ON L4B 3M1; the UK pack by REP27 LTD, Unit 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk IP28 7DE, company number 17385889. Europe Services SE invoices in all cases.
Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied according to Czech and EU regulations and based on your company's status: business customers in another member state with a valid VAT number in VIES are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism; customers without a valid VAT number, and customers in the Czech Republic, are charged Czech VAT. It is your responsibility to provide a correct VAT number.
Payment is processed via Mollie B.V. We do not see or store your card details. Each transaction results in a numbered invoice and receipt, sent via email and accessible in your account.
Subscriptions are valid for twelve months and automatically renew for an additional twelve months unless cancelled. We send a renewal reminder via email prior to billing.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at info@eulabelcompliance.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not refund unused portions of the current period unless mandated by law or section 9.
After cancellation, the artwork you downloaded remains your property. The live record is deactivated: codes no longer resolve. We retain record data for thirty days to facilitate reactivation; afterwards, it is deleted.
As the service is supplied to business entities, the consumer right of withdrawal generally does not apply. If it does, you have fourteen days from contract conclusion; however, by initiating label generation, you request immediate performance and accept that the right is forfeited once files are delivered, which occurs within seconds.
You retain all rights to your trademarks, logos, photographs, and product copy. You grant us a license solely to produce your artwork and publish the record you request.
Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, transferable right to reproduce, print, and modify the label files we provide, for any of your products, in any quantity, and on any medium. Templates, generator code, type settings, and the pictogram library remain our property; you may not resell them as standalone products or create competing generators from them.
We may mention that you are a client and display an anonymised sample of artwork only if you provide written consent. Silence does not constitute consent.
We aim to keep the generator and record pages accessible at all times, scheduling maintenance outside European business hours where feasible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not provide a contractual uptime percentage under these Terms. Planned outages exceeding sixty minutes will be announced via email in advance.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be limited under Czech or Union law.
Subject to the above: our total liability arising from or related to the service, within any twelve-month period, is limited to the amount you paid us during that period. We are not liable for loss of profit, sales, goodwill, marketplace suspension, customs detention, recall costs, administrative fines, or any indirect or consequential damages.
We are not liable for decisions made by marketplaces, customs authorities, or market surveillance bodies. These entities apply their own criteria, and no supplier can guarantee their outcomes.
You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from inaccurate, unlawful, or rights-infringing product data supplied by you.
We may suspend or deactivate an account, with notice where possible, if payment fails, if false or unlawful product information is published, if impersonation occurs, or if usage endangers the service for others. Where issues are remediable, we specify what actions would resolve the problem.
We may update these Terms for new service versions or legal compliance. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least thirty days before changes take effect. If you do not accept the updates, you may cancel beforehand and receive a refund for the unused portion.
These Terms are governed by Czech law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Prague have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules grant consumers the right to sue or be sued in their place of residence.
Prior to initiating legal proceedings, please contact us. Most issues that appear to be disputes are misunderstandings related to section 3, and we aim to respond within five working days.
